Time for another revolting issue of Crypt of Cthulhu already?? And you had only started repressing the memory of the last one! You'll notice that, like Wilbur Whateley, the mag is growing and swelling at an alarming rate, with more pages, and even more issues! That's right, Cthulhu will be lumbering forth eight times a year!

This time around, we have no less than three (count 'em if you know how) feature articles. As promised last issue, you'll find "What Was the 'Corpse-Eating Cult of Leng'?" and "The Statement of Lin Carter". But Charles Garofalo's "Lovecraft the Name-Dropper" replaces "Demythologizing Cthulhu", which will appear instead in the Fall '82 issue of Lovecraft Studies.

All of our usual space-fillers are back, too. This issue, "Fun Guys from Yuggoth" commences a series of autobiographical glimpses or viewpoint statements by various interesting Lovecraftians. Ronald Shearer's this issue's fun guy. And welcome aboard to C. J. Henderson, who'll be handling "R'lyeh Review" from now on.

Cthulhu's debut got pretty good reviews (see "Mail-Call"), and we suspect you'll like this'n, too.
